• Details of the work you are enquiring about and your address or postcode.
• Basic technical information from your device (e.g. browser type) where you have consented to analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
• To carry out work you have engaged us to do.
• To keep records for accounting and tax purposes.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent (when you submit an enquiry) and on our legitimate interests in running our business. Where we are required to keep records, we also rely on legal obligation.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted suppliers (for example email or hosting providers) only as needed to run the business, and with HMRC or other authorities where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months. Records of completed work and invoices are kept for at least 6 years as required by HMRC.
